- In order to fill orders, all items are custom ordered from their manufacturers or stocking dealers. This process generally takes 1-4 weeks until customer receives their items.

- Returns & Replacements
- We would be glad to assist you with exchange of any item that has been delivered damaged to you. We do not accept returns for any other reson.
- All sales are final. No returns. Exchange only.
- We do not provide any warranty. Our items are warranted by their manufacturers typically with a minimum of 1 year standard warranty.
- All damaged items must be refused at the time of delivery, and must be sent back with thier original carrier.
- All damages must be noted on the freight invoice.
- Claims made after delivery will not be accepted.

The receipt of an order number or an email order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. FurnitureForRoom.com reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or to refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order. - Payments

- All items must be paid in full prior to shipping.
- We do layaway with only 10% deposit.
